A Resource Analyst from a Provost's Office will describe how the funding is allocated to the colleges and library; a Program Center Budget Officer will show how he allocates his budget within his unit. This will distinguish the allocation processes from the Legislature to the Chancellor's Office to the Campuses.

We will share survey results on how campuses currently manage their CERF allocations and hope to have a good discussion about upcoming changes. We also hope campuses will share methods, ideas, and questions on how lottery funds and general fund balances are managed.

The goal for this session is to provide some resources and guidance on the topic of ethics and compliance.
