Andy Core here. Hi and thanks for the question. Water helps transport excess heat out of your body. If you are dehydrated your body retains water, therefore retains heat. Too high body temp means you don't sleep deep and you won't feel great. Drink 30oz of water before and again after lunch, but then shut down most fluid intake 2-3 hours before bed.
