The Academic Resources Conference (ARC) is a collaborative effort of the California State University professional staff responsible for the budget planning, budget management, and human resource functions that support the academic missions of their campuses.  The conference provides an opportunity for administrative staff to work collaboratively as a community to exchange information, knowledge, and experiences related to carrying out these functions.  ARC provides panels of experts on current topics, various educational workshops, and round-table discussions on pertinent system-wide issues. The end result is a dynamic network of colleagues that provides an extensive source of information and ideas to further enhance the academic mission of the individual campuses.
