Past Events:
Veterans Diversity Awareness Conference. (November 1, 2010, University Union Redwood Room, 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) This event focused on the transitional issues faced by veterans that are serving in today's military. The goal of the conference was to provide a forum where Sac State faculty, staff and students can interact and create a dialogue that fosters a welcoming environment for returning veterans and their families. Students Helping Vets Campaign
The Student Veteran Organization participate in Sacramento Stand Down which provides services to homeless veterans such as food, shelter, clothing, health screenings. They appreciate donations they receive and thank you for your support.
