For Support Services Providers
Information on this page is for current employees who work as direct support services providers for students with disabilities. Timesheets, due dates, claim forms and instructions are specific to each job classification. You can print out the forms, sign and submit them to the office by due dates. You can also obtain the forms at SSWD office in Lassen Hall, Room 1008.
