Welcome to the Office of Student Conduct in the Division of Student Affairs.
Many of our community’s most important values are reflected in the Student Conduct Code. Sacramento State is committed to academic integrity and a learning environment free from violence, harassment, and disruption. The Office of Student Conduct (OSC) defends the values of Sacramento State by investigating and adjudicating suspected Student Conduct Code violations through a primarily educational process that provides fundamental fairness, due process, and respect.
The Office of Student Conduct (OSC) supports the University mission by administering the student discipline process with professionalism, procedural fairness, and respect. OSC collaborates with faculty, staff, and students to build a community of honesty, safety, and care.
To support student development and lifelong student success, OSC provides individual student support and community outreach on student rights, community responsibilities, ethical development, and policy.
