Confidentiality of Student Conduct Records
A student’s Student Conduct file is part of a student’s educational record (along with university transcripts, financial aid records, class schedules, etc.). The confidentiality of all students educational records are governed at all public colleges and universities by a federal law known as FERPA - Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.
