ELM/EPT Online Registration
- Do not use this form if you wish to test at a CSU campus other than Sacramento. Follow the instructions in the ELM/EPT information bulletin.
- Students with disabilities must request accommodations through the Services to Students with Disabilities office, Lassen Hall 1008, (916) 278-6955 and the Testing Center no later than the posted deadline date.
- The ELM/EPT Information Bulletin, Focus on Mathematics, The ELM Problem Book,and Focus on English are testing resources available here. In addition, the CSU Office of the Chancellor has a website www.csumathsuccess.org where students and parents, can learn about the CSU Entry Level Mathematics (ELM) requirement and how to meet it.
