Technology training is available to faculty and staff. The primary focus is business applications, such as Microsoft Office, as well as teaching and learning software and technologies, like Collaborate, Respondus, and SacCT.

Technology workshops for students are offered through the Student Technology Center.

 
 

Faculty/Staff: How to Enroll

Faculty and Staff can use our campus SkillPort learning management system to view a list of instructor led and online training and enroll for workshops.

  1. Navigate to SkillPort at https://ds.calstate.edu/?svc=skillsoft&org=csus
  2. Login with your saclink username and password
  3. Under the Upcoming Events to the left, click the Instructor Led Training Sessions link.
    1. Alternatively, from Quick Links on top left, select Instructor Led Training then click Session Schedule.
  4. A list of training sessions will display. Click on the Course Title to view an overview of the session.
  5. Click the Enroll link to the right of the session you would like to attend.
  6. You will receive a confirmation of your enrollment in your saclink email.

Faculty/Staff: How to Cancel

  1. Navigate to SkillPort at https://ds.calstate.edu/?svc=skillsoft&org=csus
  2. Login with your saclink username and password
  3. Under the Upcoming Events to the left, click the Instructor Led Training Sessions link.
    1. Alternatively, from Quick Links on top left, select Instructor Led Training then click Session Schedule.
  4. A list of training sessions will display. Click on the Course Title to view an overview of the session.
  5. Click the Withdraw link to the right of the session you would like to cancel.
  6. You will receive a confirmation of your workshop cancellation in your saclink email.
