There are numerous events going on during homecoming for students. Take pride and get involved around campus.
Sac State's second annual Homecoming Parade is back and bigger than ever. This year's theme is "Capture the Wonders of Sac State." Be sure to sign up for a chance to decorate, and compete for the grand prize trophy and year long bragging rights. The parade will spread spirit around campus prior to the game, join the Hornet Walk during the festival, and loop around the track at halftime.
We know Sac State students have more spirit and pride than can be contained in just one day of football. So, the Student Alumni Association has compiled a week of spirit building activities in Homecoming Week 2013. All students are welcome to participate, but, if you're part of a registered club or organization and are up for a little friendly competition, SAA has a challenge for you! Contact Erica Brown at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out what it's all about.
Remember, current students receive free admission to Hornet Football games and all athletics events all season long. Go Hornets!
