Since 2011, a multipronged approach to build campus unity is bringing students, faculty and staff together to work to make the University a more welcoming and supportive learning environment. President Gonzalez convened the President’s Committee to Build Campus Unity to spur dialogue across campus on how to strengthen the sense of community at Sacramento State.

 During that time, the committee has developed a series of platforms—formal and informal—to start those conversations. Featured programs include:
