Sac State Fund

Antonio Cervantes“You can personally impact students' education. Your gift to the Sac State Fund is an investment in students who have the potential to seize their dreams. For me it meant an extraordinary international research project became a reality, thanks to generous donors"

Make a Gift

Why we should support the Sac State Fund?

Your gift to the Sac State Fund provides the University with important support that can help meet emerging or unexpected needs. It also allows the University to combine gifts from many donors to make the greatest possible impact.

Where has Sac State used this money?

It has funded programs that promote diversity across campus, helped start up centers where students can turn for academic support and provided students much-needed scholarships.

In fact, meet Antonio Cervantes, a biology major who received support from the Sac State Fund to help make his internship in Thailand possible.

What about other funds?

In addition to the Sac State Fund and the flexibility it provides to the University to fund emerging priorities, there are a number of funds designated to support programs such as Guardian Scholars, Veteran's Success and the Honors Program that don't fall directly under a particular college. You will find those giving options here and your support is greatly appreciated.
