The California State University has set the priority application period for fall calendar2010 to October 1 through November 30, 2009.
Our application deadline is no longer March 5, 2010. It is now November 30, 2009.

Application Procedures
All prospective graduate students must have a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited four-year institution of higher learning or the equivalent from a foreign institution, and must file the following documents. All documents must be submitted by the deadline.

To the Department of Public Policy and Administration:

  1. Supplemental Program Application
    (download application and recommendation forms here)
  2. GMAT or GRE Scores
  3. Recommendation Letters (minimum of three)
  4. One to two page statement of purpose
  5. Resume (optional)

To CSUS Office of Graduate Studies:

  1. On-line CSU Graduate Application
  2. Two Sets of Official Transcripts
  3. Application Fee (You can pay this when you are filling out your on-line application.)

Applications are not considered complete and will not be reviewed unless GMAT or GRE scores and official transcripts are submitted. You must submit transcripts from ALL colleges and universities previously attended. It is not necessary to submit CSUS transcripts. You should arrange to have those official transcripts sent at the same time you submit your application.

International Students:
All materials, inclusive of TOEFL scores, must be turned into the International Admissions Office. To ensure consideration, international students should submit their material to the International Admissions Office approximately one month prior to the above application deadline. The University requires a minimum TOEFL score of 550 (paper based) or 213 (computer based). International students should contact:
