Students must file for graduation at least one semester prior to enrolling in culminating experience. Students cannot apply for graduation until they have advanced to candidacy. Students can submit both forms at the same time.

Fill out the form and take it to the Student Financial Services Center in Lassen Hall 1001 to pay your diploma fee (currently $43.00). They will give you a receipt and they will also print a receipt directly on the Application for Graduation Form. Bring the paid Form to the College of Business Administration's Graduate Programs Office (Tahoe Hall 1035) and submit it for processing.
