NON-STATE CAPITAL PROJECTS
The development of non-state capital projects by the University shall follow an initial review and approval process to ensure that the project meets the University President’s strategic goals and requirements from the Chancellor’s Office and the State of California. This policy acknowledges the importance of meeting formal and informal review requirements of the Chancellor’s Office for each non-state capital project in order to receive approval by the CSU Board of Trustees.
The President is the sole authority to approve development of a non-state capital project for the University. The President will be assisted in oversight of the procedure by the Vice President for Administration and the Associate Vice President for Facilities Services.
The policy applies to any representative of an auxiliary or any other type of non-state organization.
