RESPONSIBILITY AND PROCEDURES FOR GIFT ACCEPTANCE

Executive Order No. 676 delegates to the President the authority to evaluate and accept gifts and donations to the campus, including bequests and donations of personal and real property.  Consistent with the Order, the President has further delegated this authority to the Vice President for University Affairs and the Associate Vice President for Advancement.

All gifts to California State University, Sacramento and its recognized auxiliary organizations are to be solicited, accepted, and administered in accordance with established policies and procedures, as set forth in the CSUS Development Manual, which may be accessed at:
