OFF-CAMPUS ISSUES

In publicly expressing opinions on off-campus issues, students, faculty, or other staff members have an obligation to take every reasonable precaution to make it clear that they are expressing their personal views and not purporting to represent the University.  When issues are within the province of the University community, spokespersons will be officially designated.
