COMPLAINT PROCEDURE FOR STUDENTS OR STUDENT APPLICANTS WHO BELIEVE THE CSU HAS VIOLATED STATE LAW
It is the policy of California State University, Sacramento (Sacramento State) to comply with all Federal and State laws and California State University policies regarding violations of law. Sacramento State is committed to creating an atmosphere in which all persons and groups can live, work and study in a lawful manner.
Sacramento State has adopted the complaint procedure for CSU students and student applicants who believe the CSU has violated one or more state laws set forth in CSU Executive Order 1063. CSU Executive Order 1063 can be accessed at: http://www.calstate.edu/eo/EO-1063.html.
If necessary, the Sacramento State University Counsel will perform an initial evaluation to determine if a complaint is covered by this policy and CSU Executive Order 1063 and respond appropriately with information about processes for submitting complaints covered by CSU and/or university policies.
If the campus administrator designated by the President under CSU Executive Order 1063 is the subject of the complaint, the President shall designate another campus administrator.
