The Event Services
Office handles room reservations in the University Union
for student organizations, University departments, and
other related groups. Make use of the Union's facilities
for meetings, workshops, banquets and other social activities.
They're staffed with knowledgeable professionals who
will assist you in planning and coordination of your
event.
Catering may be arranged with the University Union food
service providers. A current list of catering services
is available through the Event Services
Office. Outside caterers are not permitted to cater events
in the University Union. |

| OPUS is the University
Union's online scheduling system. This new addition to
the University Union allows you to browse events, check
room availablity and request event space. Make all of
your room requests wherever and whenever you like. |
