As part of Destination 2010 initiative,
Sacramento State is building a landmark Recreation/Wellness/Events
Center. It’s intended to significantly enhance the
overall student experience on campus and build new ties
between the University and the Sacramento community.
The Recreation/Wellness/Event Center will be the largest
facility on campus. It is envisioned as including, among
other things, a new student health center, fitness center,
an arena for events such as commencement and intercollegiate
athletics.
