BUILDING REPAIRS

GENERAL STATEMENT
When damage to the facility or its contents occur as a result of negligence or willful acts, the Union will follow this procedure to recover the costs of repairs.

GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES
All charges and work done on building repairs will be specified and paid for by the Union. Costs incurred by negligence or willful acts will then be billed by the Union to the organization or party involved.
