GROUP STUDY LOUNGES

GENERAL STATEMENT
Class assignments and study methods often require that organized and coordinated study groups be formed. Our Group Study rooms are offered to accommodate the needs of these groups.

GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES
The Group Study Rooms are for use by groups studying a single topic or subject together. A group may be defined by as few as two individuals.

When these areas are not in use for their intended purpose, individuals, including multiple individuals, may utilize them for lounge or study. Priority for use will remain for class project study groups and individuals will be expected to honor this and vacate the room if necessary.

Group study cannot be reserved in advance. Use will be on a first-come basis with coordination by users.

It is intended that priority of use will be self regulated without involvement by Union staff.
