GENERAL STATEMENT
The University Union will accept, implement and promote in all its employee, program and operating procedures
those nondiscrimination and affirmative action policies, procedures and regulations, which are adopted by and
appropriate to CSUS and to the system.  In addition, those University Union staff members who are employed
by the University Enterprises Inc. shall be afforded all rights as provided by University Enterprises Inc.affirmative
action policies, procedures and regulations and in a manner consistent with those policies and regulations.
