Welcome to Our WASC Accreditation Website
Through this site, we invite you to review our various efforts in our reaccreditation process with our accrediting body: The Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) Accrediting Commission for Senior Colleges and Universities. The current cycle began in 2005 and ended with reaffirmation of our accreditation in June 2009. The review process enabled deep engagement between faculty, staff and students that resulted in self reflection, cultural transformation, and a stronger commitment to student success. Our approach was not only meant to produce a series of "status reports " on compliance with Standards for Accreditation, but through self-study, to promote an institution with continuous improvement, that is transparent and accountable to both our internal and external stakeholders.
