This page provides resources for Sacramento State students using SacCT.
Some of your courses may be held entirely online or are have some component that requires you to access course material online. These types of courses are accessed through a course management system named SacCT. To access a SacCT course(s) you must be registered in the course(s), have an active Saclink Account and your instructor must have requested that students be placed in the SacCT course.
Use your saclink user name and password to log into SacCT from the SacCT Login page. Once you are logged in you will see a list of courses in which you are currently enrolled. Simply click on the title of the course to enter the course and start using SacCT. To learn more about how to use the various tools in SacCT, begin by exploring some of the Online Tutorials, Frequently Asked Questions, and other help sources on this Student Resources page.
Open University student? How to gain access to SacCT.
- Make sure you have a SacLink account.
If you do not have a SacLink account, you will need to get a copy of your "Registration Form" (that is signed by your Instructor) or "Verification of Intent to Enroll" form filled out by College of Continuing Education (CCE is located in Napa Hall). You need to bring that form over to the University Help Desk in ARC 2005 and fill out a SacLink Database Update Form. It may take up to 24 hours before you can create a SacLink account.
- Your instructor will then need to e-mail web-courses@csus.edu
with the following information
- Student's Name and SacLink ID
- Course Name and Section Number
- You will be added to the SacCT course within 24 hours of receipt of that e-mail, Monday-Friday.
