Employee Training

Sacramento State views employee training as the foundation to effective risk management. Risk Management Services’ central focus is to mitigate liability and establish controls intended to prevent incidents that could negatively affect individuals, the institution, its finances, and standing in the community.  

All employee training are established in and monitored through utilization of an enterprise Learning Management System (LMS). Sac State uses two Learning Management Systems:

  • LearnerWeb: Used to track EHS & Risk Management related training
  • Skillport: Used for all other trainings, including sexual harassment training, minors on campus and data security.

Employees may enter LearnerWeb or Skillport by logging in with their SacLink user name and password or through the My Sac State portal.
