Expenditure Transfer Training Info:

Accounting Services, in collaboration with IRT, has designed a new Expenditure Transfer request form that is submitted via OnBase.  The new form is more efficient, streamlining the submission, notification and posting of transfer requests, and will be available May 2019.

Training for this new form and custom query dashboard will be delivered in April and May 2019, and then resume after year-end in October 2019.  It will consist of a two hour, hands-on, session that will demonstrate the submission of the new form and the custom query search functionality.  All employees who have Delegation of Authority (DOA) for Expenditure Transfers and currently submit expenditure transfer requests, are strongly encouraged to attend the training before June 2019.  Beginning October 1, 2019, all expense to expense expenditure transfer requests will be required to be submitted via the OnBase form.

In order to optimize the training experience, Accounting Services will be setting up the trainings by colleges and divisions.  Several sessions have been scheduled in order to accommodate each area separately.  Please RSVP to your College/Division Analyst to attend the session selected for your area, or contact Irina Skiba at or 916-278-7437.
