Vice President for Administration/CFO

Stacy Hayano is the Interim Vice President for Administration and Chief Financial Officer for California State University, Sacramento. The Vice President for Administration serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the University providing leadership to the Administration and Business Affairs (ABA) division. The division is comprised of Vice President Operations; Auditing & Consulting Services; Budget Planning & Administration; Facilities Management; Financial Services; Public Safety; Risk Management Services; Resource & Organizational Management, and University Support Services. 

These department functions provide the full range of administrative, business, financial and operational services supporting the University’s mission. As Chief Financial Officer, she is also the primary responsible campus official for administrative compliance and fiscal oversight of the following campus auxiliary organizations and affiliate groups: the Alumni Association; Associated Students, Inc.; Capital Public Radio, Inc.; University Enterprises, Inc.; University Foundation at Sacramento State; and the University Union. 

With the University for nearly 30 years, Hayano is a proud alumni who earned her B.S. in Business Administration and has served in a variety of capacities prior to this interim appointment, primarily in Accounting Services and Budget Planning & Administration.
