Deadline extended:  2007 CSU customer satisfaction survey reminder
The deadline for completion of the 2007 Annual Customer Satisfaction surveys for Sacramento State has been extended to May 27. Survey invitation letters were delivered electronically on May 8.

Your feedback provides the University with valuable information to help improve services. If you did not receive a survey and would like to, please contact Sarah Whyte, director of Strategic Planning and QI at, or 278-7450.

The annual survey, sponsored by the CSU, collects data about campus core functions across the system. Results are collected and summarized by an agency outside of the CSU, and the data collected is used to help campuses assess the quality of their services and identify areas for improvement. Results will be posted on the Chancellor's Office website this summer.
