Become leaders in the healthcare industry and human services fields by providing hands-on curricula that challenges and motivates students to always be one step ahead.
Integrate technological innovation into learning to ensure our students are best prepared to graduate at the forefront of healthcare and human services fields.
Strengthen partnerships between Sac State and community leaders to empower the future workforce and enrich the future of healthcare and human services in the Sacramento region.
Provide important funds to implement programs in the Center for Africa Peace and Conflict Resolution (CAPCR) that educate and promote peace and reconciliation among African and African-American families, organizations, community groups, and governments, both in the United States and in Africa.
Provide funding for Sacramento State students to participate in short-term exchange program and learn in a cohort with African students during a two-year program, providing them important leadership and mediation skills.
Conduct research and serve as a resource center in conflict resolution of world issues.
