Corporate Innovation Workshop

About The Workshop
Your business model is how you Create, Deliver, and Capture value. The average business model only lasts 5 years. In the last 15 years, 52% of the Fortune 500 has become extinct! Executives need to understand the elements that make up a business model so that you can communicate them, monitor them and change them as needed. If you do not innovate your business model you will eventually become obsolete! Current businesses need to grow and exploit current business capabilities, while exploring new opportunities at the same time. This requires differing skill sets and mindsets.
In order to create innovative revenue opportunities and find unmet demand, we need to understand the customers problems that exist now. We can find these opportunities by examining existing alternatives and solutions in the marketplace. New problems worth solving can be discovered by studying how customers use old solutions. We will examine the customer's journey and how to find unmet needs. This can be done quickly and with little expense to reduce risk and uncertainty in launching a new idea.
Create a Culture of Innovation
To take advantage of these newly discovered opportunities and ideas, firms must create a culture of innovation. Without ensuring you have a strong culture you will not be able to effectively execute your strategy in a sustainable way. It is not good enough to just have a desire to innovate. We need to ensure we have leadership support, the correct organizational design, and the skills to make the initiative successful. The bottom line is that innovation can work better when a formal system exists. We will discuss the tools, processes, and frameworks you can put in place to enable innovation to flourish!
