The College of Education complies with the requirements of Title VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the regulations adopted thereunder and California law and Trustee policies.

The College of Education does not discriminate on the basis of age, ethnicity, religion, sexual preference, marital status, pregnancy, or veteran status in any of its programs or activities.
