Submission & Deadlines

PLEASE NOTE: Check-In is for students who are graduating in the current semester to submit their Thesis/Project/Dissertation.

Students will need to attend an OGS Thesis/Project/Dissertation Formatting Workshop prior to formatting and submitting their thesis/project/dissertation.

  


Thesis/Project/Dissertation Check-in
Summer 2019

THERE WILL BE NO WALK-INS.  PLEASE MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.

 

A limited number of Appointments will be available:  July 8, 2019 through July 19, 2019

Registration will be open from 9:00am on July 1, 2019 to 3:00pm on July 5, 2019.
Regular Appointments will be available: Monday, July 29, 2019 through Friday, August 2, 2019 (9:00am - 3:00pm)

Registration will be open from 9:00am on July 15, 2019 to 3:00pm on August 2, 2019.

 

Deadline to submit Thesis/Project/Dissertation: August 2, 2019 by 3:00pm.

 


 

Thesis/Project/Dissertation Check-in
Fall 2019

THERE WILL BE NO WALK-INS.  PLEASE MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.

 

A limited number of Appointments will be available: 

November 12, 2019 through November 22, 2019

Registration will be open from 9:00am on November 4, 2019 to 3:00pm on November 8, 2019.

Registration is now closed.

Regular Appointments will be available:

Monday, December 2, 2019 through Thursday, December 5, 2019 (9:00am - 6:00pm)

Friday, December 6, 2019 (9:00am - 3:00pm)

Registration will be open from 9:00am on November 18, 2019 to 3:00pm on December 6, 2019.

Registration is now closed.

 

Deadline to submit Thesis/Project/Dissertation: December 6, 2019 by 3:00pm.



Disclaimer:

Ample appointment slots have been allocated to accommodate all graduating students. However, students are encouraged to sign up for appointments early in the submission cycle.  Failure to sign up for an appointment, and/or show up to an appointment may delay a students degree completion timeline.

Students should be advised that if they cancel an appointment once the submission period begins, OGS cannot guarantee another appointment will be available, and thus, students may have to move their graduation date and submit during the next submission cycle.
