Health Science - Supplemental Application Appeal Request

If you have been notified that you were not admitted to the Health Science program, please take a moment to review our program requirements

Students who missed a deadline, did not submit their Intent To Enroll (ITE) prior to applying to the program, did not meet the overall GPA cut-off or made an error on the application are not eligible to appeal.  Appeals submitted for these reasons will not be considered or reviewed.

ONLY if you find that our decision was based on department or university error, you may request further consideration through our appeal process.  

For consideration, you must complete and submit the Health Science Supplemental Application Appeal Request and supporting documentation to the department within 10 calendar days of the admissions notification.  An appeal can be submitted in person or by mail.   If mailed, the appeal must be received by deadline.  Emailed appeals will not be considered for review.

Fall 2018 Appeal Request Deadline- Friday, April 20, 2018

Please note: The Health Science Appeals Committee will only review and consider eligible and complete appeal requests.  Once the review process is complete, the student will be notified of the final decision within 10 business days.
