Minor in Non-Profit AdministrationNon-Profit Administration

Non-profit leadership is becoming an essential skill for students planning to work in government, tax-supported, and not-for-profit agencies. The Minor in Non-Profit Administration is designed for non-RPTA majors, and students will gain valuable skills in grant-writing, planning fundraising events, managing volunteers, and working with various populations such as youth, underserved persons, or community professionals. An emphasis is placed on overall agency management and leadership.

All units must be taken in Recreation, Parks & Tourism Administration.  At least 12 units must be upper division, with at least 9 upper division units taken in residence.
