The WELL: Open swim and swim lessons for summer

Summer 2019 Wellness Activities


PLEASE NOTE: Basketball and Weightlifting is not being offered during Lunchtime Wellness for Summer 2019. We are working with the Kinesiology Department to add Basketball and Weightlifting to the Wellness offerings in Fall 2019.

To register, please click the “Register” button on the right side of the specific activity. If the activity is offered before work, during noon-time, or after work, please select which session(s) you wish to attend. Next, fill out the registration fields, and e-sign the waiver. All participants are required to complete a waiver before participating in an activity. Finally, click “I Agree and Register.” You will be given the option to print your registration information and the waiver for your records. You will also receive a confirmation email upon completed registration.

Please note that some of these offerings are instructor led and some are independent and for casual use. Additionally, some activities are offered during specific dates and times.  Please note when the activity is taking place. The Professional Development and Training Office is working to create a consistent activity schedule in the future. When you attend these activities, please bring your OneCard to present.
