Student Employment Hiring Sessions

Student Employment Hiring Sessions are drop-in hours for student employees to submit their Payroll and Student Employment forms. When attending the drop-in sessions, please bring the required forms of identifications and have all required forms completed. Mandatory forms and documents can be found here.

Date Morning Sessions Afternoon Sessions
August 24, 2018 12:00pm - 2:00pm
August 28, 2018 9:00am - 11:00am
August 29, 2018 1:00pm - 3:00pm
September 4, 2018 10:00am - 12:00pm

If the student employee is hired after these dates or cannot make these dates, they must contact the SEO to set up an appointment to drop off all applicable forms and verify identification for the I-9.  Student Employees must bring the correct forms of identification listed on page 9 of the I-9.
