PUBLIC ARGUMENT EVALUATION FORM

Your Name_____________________________________________________

Group presenting #___________

DATE OF THE PUBLIC PRESENTATION_________(do not omit!)

Instructions: At each public formal argumentation, except the one you are part of , you must record in the boxes below either the central argument being attacked or defended by the group or the central argument of a single presenter. Then you are to write a one to three paragraph essay evaluating in a more free-form way the strength of the argumentation of the group or individual. But in your essay you must tie your remarks to a premise or premises (and the work done on them) in the argument you have put in the boxes. In other words, don't put an argument in the boxes unless you wish to discuss the group's or individual's work done on one or both of  THAT ARGUMENTS’ premises.

CENTRAL OR INDIVIDUAL ARGUMENT FOR FREE-FORM EVALUATION

Fill in the boxes from left to right as you have learned in class. Make sure you put an article/quantifier (The, All, Some) in the first box and fill in the rest so that they read the way the group or individual presenter intended them.
