	About the Instructor  Michael Elfant has nearly 15 years experience in the field of community nutrition, including positions with 3 different WIC agencies, an OB-GYN practice, and a community health clinic. In addition he has worked oversees in Southeast Asia and the Pacific Islands. Currently he works for the California Department of Health Services WIC Program where he specializes in training issues for paraprofessional staff and technology assisted learning
