EVALUATION OF THE REUNION
Need more activities that
involves the group between the ages of 15-30
Gloria Gee (sister in law) has
volunteered to assist in this effort.
Brian and Bobbie will be
working with her on this
Need to have the younger
generation involved in the planning.
Need to make next reunion
different (subject of future discussion)
Marysville is a good site for
the reunion
Photo setup took too long
Use subcommittees with a
person from the committee as the liaison between the two
Guest from newspaper was a
great idea (made front page)
Getting the facilities a day
in advance was a good idea
Registration was very well
coordinated
Small children activities
were very good
Fresh fruits available after
photo shoot was very good
Official count of the
attendees was 160 + 3 guest = 163
ACCOUNTING
Everyone needs to turn in
outstanding bills to Leonard for reimbursement.
The total in the treasury is
$3022.90 as of June 30. This does not
include addition contributions made to the Bok Kai Temple on July 21 of
additional $250. There may also be some outstanding bills.
The total Contribution to the
Temple was $2250 (including the contributions on July 21) Everyone agreed that
the funds should be designated for the court yard of the restoration project
OTHER
Trip to China – no itinerary
or date (spring or fall 2006) set, Hold for future discussion.
Bobbie Sue has submitted some
of her mixer questions and answers for the
Website. Any other material and photos may be submitted also and Leonard
will try to put some of these on the Website also.

of the Marysville Bok Kai temple for transmitting the funds (Lawrence)
