EXTRA CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES
You will be able to receive credit for learning about biology out of the BIO 15L laboratory. You can earn up to five points of credit for participating in and reporting about one of the activities listed below. Your report should be one to two typewritten pages. A maximum of 3 extra credit submissions (15 pts.) will be allowed for the semester.
The sites of some of these activities are closer than others and some will have admission fees attached. If you have other activities that you think are appropriate, check with me for approval of their use.
For whatever activity you choose, you will need to
¨ Provide evidence of attending.
¨ Summarize in writing what you did and saw, related to biology.
¨ Identify in writing a concept in biology that you learned more about through this activity.
¨ Identify in writing a concept in biology that you would like to learn more about because of what you learned in this activity.
