Long Division

During my presentation, I asked my colleagues to do a long division
problem... I asked them to say the steps out loud in their native
language tas they worked the problem. I then gave them another problem,
and asked them to do it out loud in English (the official language of
the EU and one that everyone but me spoke as a second or third
language). I want to thank the participants of the working group on
multicultural mathematics for their participation.
