Introduction

· Do you want to big like the Hulk? Is being the biggest, always the best? Would you do anything to make you bigger, stronger and faster? If so, I have a job for you. Let’s find out if steroids are the way to go.

Task

· The student will work in pairs to create a final report on anabolic steroids. Based on the facts learned from your research, you will decide if steroids are for you.

Process

· The student will use the internet and other resources to research anabolic steroids.

1. What are anabolic steroids?

2. Why do people use anabolic steroids?

3. What effect do anabolic steroids have on behavior?

4. What effect do anabolic steroids have on you physically? Negatively and positively!

5. Are anabolic steroids addictive?

6. What are the treatments for anabolic steroid abuse?

7. What are 3 different street names for anabolic steroids?

8. Do you feel anabolic steroids are worth taking? Why?
