RequiredTextbook: Comprehensive
Microsoft Excel 2000 by Parsons, Oja, Ageloff and Carey
Additional Material:
5 – 15 Diskettes or one zip disk. The book is divided into 3 levels. Each level has separate data files. The authors have created separate folders for each of the 3 levels. Within each level, there is a folder for the chapter tutorials, review assignment, which we will not be using, and each of the cases within each chapter. The last level also has data files for the additional cases at the end of the book. To assure that you will not run out of space, you should store the data in the same organization. You should be able to hold files for a chapter on a diskette, but you may want to have a separate disk for the chapter files and the cases. If you are using a zip disk, all the files should fit on the zip disk. Once the data files have been copied, the assignments can be done at home if you have Excel 2000 at home. These files will be recognized with Excel 97 and Excel XP.
