Catalog Description:
A study of the concepts used in planning and controlling construction projects, such as - Network models, precedence diagrams, linear scheduling, PERT scheduling, arrow diagrams, resource allocation, time-cost analysis, contract provisions, and dispute resolution. Manual procedures will be followed by computer applications

Structure: 1.25 hour lecture, twice weekly
Prerequisites:
CM120 and CM121; concurrent enrollment in CM125 suggested
Number of Units: 3
Students will need
an electronic mail account and computer access to the Web.
All CSUS students enrolled in one or more units can create
a SacLink account
for electronic mail and Internet services. Although a home
computer with a high speed modem running Netscape or Internet
Explorer would be beneficial, students can use the Web from
one of the campus
