The Instructor is the Director of Finance with the Sisters of Mercy in Auburn, CA. He holds an MBA from the University of Oregon. Professional experience includes tenure with the FDIC, Perry-Smith & Co, CPA's, River City Bank (Controller) and Auburn Community Bank (CFO). He teaches Financial Accounting, Auditing, Managerial Accounting, Accounting for Executives, and several Finance courses at Golden Gate University, Sierra College, and CSU, Sacramento.
