Hornet Bookstore Refund Policy

Once payment has been processed, all computer sales are final and are not able to be refunded or exchanged.

What if there is something wrong with my laptop (defective)?

All computers come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Please contact the manufacturer for how to process a claim.

Apple Products

• AppleCare+ can be added to your purchase from the AppleCare website. An Apple account is required to purchase AppleCare+.
• The Hornet Bookstore is an Apple Authorized Service Provider. Apple computers can be serviced in-store at the Hornet Bookstore Computer Department. Contact them at (916) 278-6500 or hornetbookstore@me.com.
