Troubleshooting eduroam Wi-Fi
Unable to connect to eduroam on your device?
Try the following:
- Be sure you're entering your full SacLink login including the @csus.edu. For example: firstname.lastname@example.org and then your password.
- Remove your existing wireless network settings and then reconnect.
- Use the SecureW2 Connection Assistance Tool which will automatically connect you to the updated Wi-Fi network and certificate.
