Troubleshooting eduroam Wi-Fi

Unable to connect to eduroam on your device?

Try the following:

  • Be sure you're entering your full SacLink login including the @csus.edu. For example: herky.hornet@csus.edu and then your password.
  • Remove your existing wireless network settings and then reconnect.
  • Use the SecureW2 Connection Assistance Tool which will automatically connect you to the updated Wi-Fi network and certificate.
