OnBase LogoOnBase Client Services is a campus wide solution for Document Imaging and Workflow.  It allows departments to scan, upload, organize and manage traditional paper documents electronically. Our OnBase team can also help analyze your current business processes and create paperless electronic workflows around your most important documents or online forms. All while ensuring that they are processed in an orderly, consistent, and timely manner. OnBase is currently being used by many staff and faculty campus wide.  Current OnBase applications include:

Great news for OnBase users – an upgrade is on the way! We are upgrading to OnBase 17 on Saturday, June 9, 2018, from 8:00am to 5:00pm. OnBase will be unavailable during the upgrade.
