SacCT Faculty Forms

Requests will generally be processed within two working days (except weekends, holidays and peak request times).

SacCT Self Service
Create new courses for the semester, and enroll students.

Guest Account Request
Request for a guest account in a SacCT course.

SacCT Combine Sections / Crosslist Request
Request for multiple sections or interdisciplinary courses to be combined into one course.

Canvas Faculty Forms

Faculty can use either SacCT or new Canvas system starting in Spring 2018. Two years of SacCT course content is already in Canvas ( Fall 2015 - Summer 2017 ) and can be copied to new Spring 2018 courses.

Spring 2018 Canvas courses
Canvas courses and enrollments are automatically setup for faculty after their department assigns the instructor of record.

SacCT to Canvas course content migration
Request to copy previous Fall 2017 course content from SacCT to Canvas. Note: Two years of SacCT course content from Fall 2015 - Summer 2017 were already transferred to Canvas.

Canvas Combine / Crosslist Course Request
Multiple sections or courses can be combined in Canvas to use the same content (please request before students submit their first gradable assignment or activity).

Canvas Special Course Creation Request
Request a course area in Canvas to prepare course content as an individual, or for department / organizational use. (Note: Academic semester courses will be created automatically in Canvas)
